A season-long fuel record

Know what your gut can take.

Log what you took on every run and ride. Rate how it tasted and how it sat. Over a season you build something no coach and no app can hand you: a record of the fuel that works for your stomach.

Someone else's go-to gel might wreck you at mile 20.

Tolerance is personal, and it shifts with the conditions. Ravita ties every product you log to the session you took it in. The same gel can score well in April and badly in a July heatwave.

Building that record is quick. Connect Strava and your runs arrive ready for you to log the fuel, or add one by hand. Log what went down, from catalogue gels and chews to a drink mix in a bottle. Then rate each one twice: how it tasted, and how it sat.

By race week you're not guessing what to carry. You're choosing from what has already worked, in conditions like the ones you're about to face.

Free, neutral, and not a diet app.

No subscription, no ads. If you buy fuel through a link here, a retailer may pay us a commission, but that never touches what we recommend. Affiliate standing cannot move a product up your list. It only affects where we suggest buying something you've already chosen.

And there is no calorie tracking, no diet plans, no deficits, no streaks to keep, no rings to close. Ravita is a fueling tool, and only that. It helps you fuel enough during training, and stays out of the rest of your day.

Questions

Do I need a watch or a Strava account?

No. You can add a run or ride by hand in a few seconds, and everything else works the same.

Which apps does it connect to?

Strava at launch. Garmin, COROS and Nike Run Club are next. Sync is one-way: Ravita reads your activities and never writes anything back.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. Nothing you log trains a model, and we don't sell personal data. We may publish grouped figures about how products rate across large numbers of athletes, never anything traceable to you, and it's disclosed in the privacy policy rather than buried.

Is it really free?

Yes, and it stays free. See above for how that's funded.

Does it handle hydration?

Yes, from day one. Drink mix is fuel, often most of it, so bottles log alongside gels, with carbs and sodium derived from the mix you actually made. Save a recipe once and a bottle is one tap. Fluid and sodium targets arrive with the planning features.

I'm not an ultrarunner. Is this for me?

If you're going long enough to need fuel, roughly 90 minutes and up, it's for you. Marathon, half, gran fondo, tri.

Start with your next long run.

Log what you took. Rate how it sat. In six weeks you'll know things about your own stomach that no plan could have told you.
