Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Ravita, operated by Dmitriy Fridkin("Ravita", "we"). They are effective August 27, 2026. By using Ravita you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Ravita is, and is not
Ravita helps you record what you fuel with during training and racing, and how it sat, and it offers general performance guidance based on that record. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical, nutritional, or health advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat, drink, or train, especially if you have a medical condition. You use Ravita's guidance at your own discretion and risk.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ravita. It is not directed to children under 13.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. How we handle your data, and how to export or delete it, is described in ourPrivacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use Ravita for your own training and racing. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use it to break the law. When you connect a training service such as Strava, Ravita only reads your finished activities and never writes anything back.
The catalogue and nutrition data
The product catalogue draws on manufacturer labels and third-party sources. We work to keep it accurate, but a label can be wrong or change, so treat the figures as a guide and check the packaging for anything that matters to your health. Tell us at support@ravita.appif you find something wrong and we will correct it.
Purchase links
Ravita is free and sells no nutrition products of its own. Some links to retailers may pay us a commission, which does not change what a product costs you and never influences how products are rated or ordered. See ouraffiliate disclosure.
No warranty
Ravita is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its guidance will suit your circumstances.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravita and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any injury, arising from your use of the app or its guidance. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use Ravita, which is zero.
The app licence
Your licence to install and run the Ravita app from the App Store is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. These terms govern your use of the Ravita service alongside it.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Ravita after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
